SPEEDING BALL Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 August 2026

The app version of SPEEDING BALL collects nothing and sends nothing. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no trackers and no third party code. It does not ask for your name, your email, your location, your contacts, or your photos. Everything the game remembers about you stays on your device.

This policy covers the SPEEDING BALL app for iOS and Android plus the version playable in a web browser. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, that is a fault worth reporting. the contact address is at the bottom.

What the game stores on your device

So the game can remember your progress between sessions, it saves the following in your device's local app storage. This never leaves your device on its own.

You can erase all of it at any time from Settings → Delete my data inside the game. Deleting the app also removes it. There is no copy anywhere else to request, correct, or delete.

What leaves your device

VersionWhat is sent
iOS / Android app Nothing. Network access is switched off in the app build and cannot be turned on. The game is fully playable offline because it never needed to be online.
Web browser Nothing, unless you switch on the optional Global leaderboard in Settings. It is off until you turn it on. If you turn it on, then each time you beat your own record the game sends three things: which leaderboard it was, your randomly generated nickname and your score. Nothing else.

The game contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, no social media buttons and no software from any other company. It loads no fonts, images, or scripts from other websites. If you play in a browser, the web page itself is served by Cloudflare Pages, which, like any web host, processes the network request needed to deliver the page. We do not store, receive, or analyse those logs.

The optional leaderboard, in detail

This applies only to the web version. It applies only if you switch it on.

Children

SPEEDING BALL is suitable for children. Because the app version collects no data at all, there is no personal information for a child to give away and nothing for a parent to have to ask us to delete. The game does not contain advertising, in-app purchases, chat, user-generated content, or links out to other sites or stores.

Your rights

Privacy laws including the GDPR give you the right to see, correct, export, or delete personal data held about you. We are able to honour those rights instantly and completely for a simple reason: we hold no personal data about you. Your save file is yours, on your device, with the in game Delete my data button erases it without asking anyone's permission.

Changes to this policy

If the game ever starts collecting something, this page changes first and the app tells you before it takes effect, never afterwards. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
